就故事（准确说是事故）本事来说有点意思；技术管理者需要站在技术本身原理知晓之外，更需要懂得“人性”这个最核心的管理“点”，对优秀IT资深技术人员计算机思维需要深刻理解；技术管理者并不是简单的任务分配和头疼医头脚痛医脚的“表象”看待和解决问题
