SQL Server Manager studio (SSMS) installation tutorial

Because the remote database cannot be connected , I also installed SqlServer. But my computer can only install 2019 The following version , Otherwise, it will always report an error .

• To use SSMS, First you have to find Ssms.exe Executable file . This file is in “ .\Common7\IDE ” Next .

Get a Shortcut .

 

•  . If you don't know the name of your computer server, right-click the computer icon , Click and select Properties in the menu that appears , Then open the interface shown in the figure below to see the server name , That is, your computer name .
• Then we set the server name , The next step is to set up authentication information , The user name and password set when installing the software can be verified after entering , It can also be done through Windows Authentication , Enter the user name and password of the computer .
