Change the mouse pointer on ngclick - change the mouse pointer on ngclick

problem ：

I've a div with the Angular ng-click directive attached to it. I have an attachment Angular ng-click The directive div .On hovering over this element the mouse pointer doesn't change. When the mouse hovers over this element , The mouse pointer will not change .Is there a way to change it through CSS? Is there any way to pass CSS Change it ？I know I can simply attach an anchor tag to it, but I would like to know if this can be done. I know I can simply attach an anchor tag , But I wonder if I can do this .
