如何监测服务器主机的进出流量?

我们的服务器主机在持续运行过程中，经常会遇到上下行流量异常的现象，比如瞬间流量达到峰值，这时候可能是访问量过高，或者其他异常
如果不注意的话，可能导致我们的业务系统宕机和瘫痪，无法继续提供服务
那么如何来监测服务器的这些异常信息呢，比如流量过高，cpu和内存使用率过大，系统负载过大，磁盘空间即将耗尽
