ProSci LAG-3 重组蛋白说明书

人淋巴细胞活化基因3蛋白(LAG3)是免疫球蛋白(Ig)超家族的成员。法国免疫学家Triebel于1990年首次发现LAG-3免疫控制机制,他的研究小组首次证明,可溶性的LAG-3分子通过MHC II信号传导激活抗原呈递细胞,促使抗原特异性T细胞反应。然而,关于MHC II分子是否单独调控LAG-3的抑制功能还存在争议。

预计分子量:45.5 kD
纯度:通过还原 SDS-PAGE 确定大于 95%。
LAL 测试确定的内毒素水平低于 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug)。
物理状态:冻干
缓冲:从 20mM PB、150mM NaCl、pH 7.4 的 0.2 um 过滤溶液冻干。不建议将其重新溶解至低于 100 ug/ml 的浓度。将冻干蛋白溶解在 ddH2O 中。
储藏条件:冻干蛋白应储存在 -20°C,但在室温下可稳定保存 3 周。重组蛋白溶液可在 4-7°C 下保存 2-7 天。复溶样品的等分试样在 -20°C 下可稳定保存 3 个月。
