Xavier CPU & GPU high load power consumption test

1. Turn on the highest performance

sudo nvpmodel -m 0

Several working modes are attached ：

0: MAXN

1: MODE 10W

2: MODE 15W

3: MODE 30W ALL

4: MODE 30W 6CORE

5: MODE 30W 4CORE

6: MODE 30W 2CORE

7: MODE 15W DESKTOP

2. Turn on the maximum frequency

sudo jetson_clock

After opening , have access to sudo jetson_clocks --show Command to view the current cpu,gpu frequency

cpu Test full speed test :

apt install stress

stress -c 8 8 representative 8 individual cpu

Use tegrastats Command to view the current running state ：

cpu After full opening , The power consumption is 19W about

Turn on GPU Test of

# open N This program , send GPU Run until full

In order to make GPU Run full , I opened 4 Test terminals

cpu and gpu At full speed , The power consumption is 32W about ,

Fan's pwm Set to 200 The order is echo 200 >/sys/devices/pwm-fan/target_pwm

test 20 About minutes ,xavier Keep the temperature of 43 Degrees or so .
