Abbkine丨TraKine F-actin染色试剂盒(绿色荧光)方案

鬼笔环肽(phalloidin),是从一种剧毒磨菇(Amanita phalloides)中分离出来的一种多肽物质,属于毒伞肽类毒素,是一种强烈毒素。它是一种特异性结合F-肌动蛋白的双环肽,因此,使用荧光染料偶联的鬼笔环肽可以非常方便地研究F-actins的分布。在鬼笔环肽内部,半胱氨酸和色氨酸之间存在不寻常的硫醚桥,可形成内环结构。当pH升高时,硫醚被裂解,鬼笔环肽丧失对肌动蛋白的亲和力。

Abbkine TraKine F-actin染色试剂盒(绿色荧光)使用了绿色荧光染料 (Ex/Em=490/515nm) 偶联的鬼笔环肽 ,可以特异性地结合F-actins,与其它的荧光素-鬼笔环肽衍生物相比,具有更优质的光稳定性。
Abbkine F-actin染色试剂盒特点:
• 优化的实验方案,特别适用于甲醛固定与透化处理的组织切片、细胞培养物或无细胞实验中的F-actins标记,鉴定以及定量需求。
• 砖利的鬼笔环肽染料 (绿色荧光) (Ex/Em = 490/515 nm),特异性地结合F-actins,且兼具比其它荧光素-鬼笔环肽偶联物更强的光稳定性。
使用中注意事项:
由于不同细胞类型的较精确染色条件可能不同,建议根据实验确定自己合适的浓度。
