AutoCAD -- dimension break

It refers to breaking the dimension or dimension limit at the place where the dimension or dimension limit overlaps with others , Make the drawing look clearer .

Way of execution

（1） Click the menu bar “ mark → Dimension break ”. Pictured ：

Operation steps

After executing the command , The command line displays the following information ：

Option description

（1） Select dimensions ： Specify dimensions .

（2） Select object ： Specify the object that intersects the dimension or leader .

（3） Multiple ： Specify multiple dimensions to which to add or remove breaks .

（4） Automatically ： Automatically place dimension breaks at all intersections with the selected object .

（5） Delete ： Remove dimension breaks from selected dimensions .

（6） Manual ： Place dimension breaks manually .
