Difference between singleton and factory pattern

I'm new to design patterns and I cant really see a difference between this two patterns, both are creational patterns arent they? I'm new to design patterns , I really can't see the difference between these two modes , Both are creative models , isn't it? ？and what is the purpose of each pattern?
