As far as I know , If it is a sales order , When the follow-up outbound delivery Create good after , If you add item, Can be in this already existing outbound delivery Increase in item And keep this item And in the sales order item Between LINK Relationship .

After study , There is no way for business personnel to use a foreground transaction code in STO Of delivery Increase in item At the same time, it can maintain the relationship with STO item Between LINK Relationship ,SAP Standard functions cannot be achieved .
