win10解决IE浏览器安装不上的问题

卸载了ie浏览器之后 想要重新安装，一直提示““internet Explorer 未能完成安装 安装程序无法继续,因为您的计算机上安装了更新的版本”。
看了好多教程都不可以，最后参考以下教程解决了问题：
进度条加载完成后现实安装失败，一定要连接外网！！！
终于安装好了，重启电脑就可以了
