Qt Creator Using the file MIME Type to determine the mode and editor used to open the file . for example ,Qt Creator In the text editor, type “ edit ” Mode on .txt file .

You can configure the text editor as needed . You can specify editor behavior for all projects globally , You can also specify editor behavior for each project separately . To specify the global editor behavior , Please select “ Tools ” >“ Options ” >“ Text editor ” >“ Behavior ”.

To configure the text editor behavior for the current project ：

Select project > Project settings > Editor .

In the editor settings field , Choose Custom .

Specify the text editor settings for the project .

single click “ Restore global ” To restore to global settings .
