中国金刚烷行业研究与投资预测报告(2022版)

内容简介:
金刚烷起始原料为二聚双环戊二烯,经过氢化、异构化等步骤反应得到金刚烷成品,用于合成金刚烷衍生物。
金刚烷常用作药物中间体,亦可用作光敏材料原料、环氧树脂固化剂、化妆品及表面活性剂的中间体等。在医药﹑高分子材料、润滑油、表面活性剂、感光材料、催化剂、农药等领域有广泛有途,为新一代精细化工原料。
AlCl3 法制备金刚烷是工业合成金刚烷应用最广泛的方法,也是我国工业化生产金刚烷的唯一方法。该方法在1956年由Schleyer提出。第二年,Schleyer在分析AlCl3催化endo-THDCPD异构化反应产物时,发现了ADH的存在。此后,Schleyer对异构化合成金刚烷进一步的研究结果表明,利用AlCl3作催化剂的生产工艺较为简单且原料丰富,大大降低了金刚烷的生产成本。从此,金刚烷的价格大幅度下降。
国内生产金刚烷的主要厂家有杭州杨利实业股份有限公司、天津民祥药业有限公司、徐州博康信息化学品有限公司和海城利奇碳材有限公司。
金刚烷提纯工艺存在的问题为提纯过程较复杂、提纯过程能耗大、萃取剂和洗涤剂用量大,提纯操作耗时较长、成本大大增加等。从混合产物到高纯度金刚烷这一系列的提纯过程也是金刚烷制备过程中极其重要的一大环节。而分子筛合成金刚烷的方法相比于传统的 AlCl3法还存在着收率低,反应条件相对苛刻,分子筛易失活等缺点,但是可以预见,运用负载金属组分与酸性组分兼具加氢与异构活性的双功能分子筛催化剂催化此反应再结合新的高效提纯方法,使分子筛法完全有可能取代传统AlCl3法而成为一种绿色高效清洁的工业化连续生产高纯度金刚烷的方法。
