How to solve the problem that the alarm information cannot be transmitted after EasyGBS is connected to the latest version of Hikvision camera?

The national standard video cloud service EasyGBS supports device/platform registration and access through the national standard GB28181 protocol, and can realize real-time video monitoring, live broadcast, recording, retrieval and review, voice intercom, cloud storage, alarm, platform cascade and other functions.The platform is simple to deploy and has strong scalability. It supports the distribution of the accessed video streams to all terminals and platforms. The distributed video streams include RTSP, RTMP, FLV, HLS, WebRTC and other formats.

According to user feedback, when connecting to the latest Hikvision camera in 2022, it is found that its alarm information cannot be transmitted to the EasyGBS platform, as shown below:

Technical staff conducts troubleshooting as soon as feedback is received.First check whether the device configuration is correct. After checking, eliminate the configuration problem.

Then capture the packet on the server. Through the packet capture, you can see that the platform has sent a message to subscribe to the alarm. Because the device returns 400 bad request to the platform, the alarm information cannot be uploaded.Then the technicians communicate with Hikvision technicians and modify the logic of their subscription messages.
