如何让导电滑环信号更好

影响导电滑环的信号,主是要由接触电阻的大小有关,导电滑环的接触方式是由点接触和面接触,而影响接触电阻的大小就是跟滑环的接触材料有关,导电滑环的材料采用的是金-金材料或者贵金属材料,可以降低滑环的摩擦力。导电滑环的接触电阻压力越小,滑环传输信号越稳定。
想要导电滑环的工作性能好,就要定期检查和维护,从滑环的接触电阻、动态接触电阻、绝缘电阻、摩擦度等等这些参数来判断导电滑环的工作性能。在测试导电滑环信号传输性能采用了误码率测试盒连接导电滑环两端,在特定的通讯接口和波特率下,测试导电滑环信号传输的静止和动态误码率,作为测试导电滑环信号传输性能的方法。
