How to remove installed elpa package

This is strange, the list-packages buffer shows "available" as the status for some packages that are actually installed. This is very strange , list-packages Buffer display “ You can use ” As the status of some actually installed packages .Shouldn't that column show "installed" for them? This column should not be displayed for them “ already installed ” Do you ？When I click on one, a new buffer opens to inform me that the package is installed, but offers no uninstall option. When I click on one , A new buffer will be opened , Notify me that the package has been installed , But there is no uninstall option .By comparison, other packages I do not have installed show as "available" with an "install" option next to them. by comparison , Other packages that I have not installed are shown as “ You can use ”, There's one next to it “ install ” Options .
