The "go to definition" in VS2010 does not respond or prompts the solution of "symbol not found"

This question has puzzled me for a long time , I finally can't stand it today , I searched some solutions on the Internet and finally got it ：

1、 close VS2010 Or solutions ;

2、 Delete... Corresponding to the solution .sdf file ;

3、 Reopen the project solution ;

Go to definition again OK 了 ！
