发电机的碳刷一般是由固体导电体制成的,使用中需要更换磨损严重的碳刷。 这种固体碳刷不能与发电机的导电滑环紧密接触。 碳刷和滑环的接触面容易进入灰尘,接触阻力增加。 该接触电阻分担很多励磁电压,电流损失大,容易产生火花,引起火灾。
默孚龙电子针对现有技术的不足,很好地解决了固体碳刷的缺点,改良了发电机滑环和碳刷的接触不良、接触电阻大的现象,减少了励磁电流损失,降低了发电机事故率的发电机用碳刷滑环的技术方案。 本提案是具有固定在旋转轴上转子和设有转子绕组的定子的发电机用碳刷滑环,其特征在于,在所述发电机两侧的旋转轴上分别设置碳刷室,在碳刷室的底部设置加入导电液的导电液室,碳碳刷室通过固定托架固定在发电机上。 在导电液室两侧设有防溅环,防溅环固定在所述旋转轴上。 在滑动环上部设有防杯部导向罩,在碳刷室壁上固定有防杯部导向罩. 滑环上设有增流凸环和增流凹环。 滑环通过绝缘环固定在轴上。 导电液室内设置溢出管的出口设置在碳刷室的外部,碳刷室关闭,碳刷室设有观察孔,底部内壁设有绝缘隔板。
本提案的效果从上述记载可以明确,两个碳刷室的滑环分别与转子绕组的正极引线和负极引线连接,且滑环的一部分浸渍在导电液中,因此在旋转轴旋转的过程中滑环被导电, 在导电液室的两侧设置防溅环,固定在旋转轴上,在滑动环上部设置防溅防护罩,防溅防护罩固定在碳刷室的壁上,因此,在滑动环沿着旋转轴旋转时,导电液飞散, 溢出管的出口设置在碳刷室的外部,因此,如果导电液过多,谁会沿着溢出管流出,在碳刷室中设置有用于容易观察碳刷室内情况的观察孔,在碳刷室底部的内壁上绝缘。 由此可见,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有实质性的特征和进步,其实施的有益效果也很明显。
